摘    要:目的:调查我院临床分离常见病原菌的分布特点及常用抗生素的耐药状况,为指导临床合理使用抗生素提供参考依据。方法:对2005年至2007年我院住院患者各类标本分离的832株病原菌进行回顾性分析。结果:病原菌阳性检出率32.6%。其中革兰阴性细菌占45.7%,革兰阳性细菌占25.4%,真菌占28.9%;药敏结果分析显示:病原菌株对临床常用抗生素均有不同程度的耐药性,多重耐药呈上升趋势。革兰阳性球菌对青霉素的耐药率最高,其次为苯唑西林;革兰阴性杆菌对氨苄西林的耐药率最高,其次为头孢唑啉。结论:各类抗生素耐药性在逐年上升,院内感染的细菌耐药情况不容乐观;我们应加强医院院内感染管理并定期进行细菌耐药性监测分析,这有助于指导临床合理应用抗生素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the distribution of common pathogenic bacteria and the resistance status of the commonly used antibiotic,and to guide the clinical rational use of antibiotics to provide reference.Methods The 832 strains of pathogens were isolated from various types of specimens from 2005 to 2007 in our hospital by a retrospective analysis.Results Pathogens positive rate 32.6%.Gram-negative bacteria which accounted for 45.7%,gram-positive bacteria accounted for 25.4%,accounting for 28.9% of fungi;drug susceptibility analysis showed that:strains of pathogens to commonly used antibiotics are of varying degrees of resistance,multi-drug resistance on the rise.Gram-positive cocci resistant to penicillin of the highest rates,followed by oxacillin;gram-negative bacteria resistant to ampicillin the highest rate,followed by cefazolin.Conclusion The various types of antibiotic resistance in increasing year by year,the bacteria resistant nosocomial infections situation is not optimistic and we should strengthen management of nosocomial infection in hospitals and conduct regular monitoring and analysis of bacterial resistance,which help guide the clinical application of antibacterial drugs.
