摘    要:目的:提高长段尿道狭窄/闭锁手术治疗的成功率。方法:对26例长段尿道狭窄/闭锁,联合应用纤维膀胱镜、硬性输尿管镜、尿道内切开镜、电切镜、钬激光多种腔内技术,行尿道内切开手术治疗。结果:26例长段尿道狭窄/闭锁均手术一次成功,术后无尿失禁、尿瘘发生,术后近期内需定期尿道扩张。结论:应用多种腔内技术治疗长段尿道狭窄/闭锁,可大大提高手术成功率,降低手术盲目性。

Abstract:Objective:To improve the therapeutic effectiveness of long urethral stricture and atreturethria.Methods:26 cases of long urethrostenosis or urethratresia were treated with the internal urethrotomy applicating fibercystoscope, rigidity ureteroscope, internal urethrotomiscope, resectoscope and holmium laser federatively.Results:All operations of 26 cases were successful one time. There were no urinary fistula and urinary incontinence in all cases postoperatively. Regulary urethral sounding after operation was necessary.Conclusions:Application of various endoscopic technology to treat the long urethrostenosis or urethratresia can improve the operation achievement ratio greatly and reduce the operational blind.
