| 摘 要： | 目的:调研太原市非高发季节小儿泄泻的流行特征,为临床和相关药品研发与应用提供科学依据。方法:分析泄泻患儿性别、年龄以及证型的构成特征。结果:该地区小儿泄泻男性患儿比例较高,达77.61%;7~12个月龄患儿所占比例为52.24%;单纯湿热证患儿占40.3%,单纯脾虚证与伤食证患儿共占10.45%。结论:太原地区非高发季节小儿泄泻流行具有一定的年龄、性别和证型倾向性。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the epidemic characteristics of infantile diarrhea in non-epidemic seasons in Taiyuan and provide evidence for clinical treatment and development of related medicines. Methods：Characteristics of age,gender and type of symptom of infants with diarrhea were analyzed. Results：Percentage of male infants with diarrhea was 77.61%. Percentage of infants with diarrhea whose age was from 6 to 12 months was 52.24%. Percentage of infants with single damp-heat symptom reached up to 40.3%,while the percentage of infants with single spleen-deficiency and single im-proper diet symptom amounted to 10.45%. Conclusion：Epidemic characteristics of infantile diarrhea in Taiyuan were as-sociated with gender,age,and type of symptom of infants with diarrhea. |
