舒利迭联合咳喘固本丸治疗支气管哮喘缓解期临床观察

目的：探讨舒利迭合咳喘固本丸治疗支气管哮喘缓解期的疗效。方法将150例支气管哮喘缓解期病人按就医顺序分为治疗组和对照组，两组都给予舒利迭常规治疗，治疗组加用咳喘固本丸。结果两组总有效率比较无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05），临床控制率、肺功能及哮喘发作次数比较均有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗可提高支气管哮喘缓解期的控制率，改善患者肺功能，减少哮喘发作次数。

CLINICAL EFFECT OF THE COMBINED USE OF SERETIDE AND COUGH CONSOLIDATING PILL ON BRONCHIAL ASTHMA IN REMISSION

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combined use of seretide and cough consolida-ting pill on bronchial asthma in remission .Methods 150 cases of bronchial asthma in remission were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the order of medical treatment .Both groups were given seretide ,and the treatment group was given cough consolidating pills in addition .Results The total efficiency of the two groups showed no statistical significance （ P 〉0 .05） ,but the rate of clinical control ,pulmonary function after treatment and asthma attacks showed significant difference （ P 〈 0 . 05） .Conclusion The combined use of seretide and cough consolidating pill can increase the rate of clinical control ,improve pulmonary functions and reduce the frequency of attacks .
