丹参酮联合前列地尔对慢性肾衰竭患者左心室肥厚的影响

目的：探讨丹参酮联合前列地尔对慢性肾衰竭患者左心室肥厚的影响。方法选择2013年7月至2013年12月临沂市人民医院肾内科住院的64例慢性肾衰竭并发左心室肥厚患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组32例患者给予丹参酮ⅡA 磺酸钠注射液和前列地尔治疗，对照组32例患者只给予与治疗组一样的基础治疗，疗程28d ，测定治疗前后患者血清肌酐、尿素氮、肾小球滤过率水平，超声检查测定左心室重量指数及 E／A。结果治疗后较治疗前，治疗组血肌酐由（454．3±76．9）μmol／L降至（263．7±87．8）μmol／L ，尿素氮由（20．7±7．8）mmol／L 降至（13．6±5．4）mmol／L ，肾小球滤过率由（20．8±9．3）ml／min 升至（28．5±9．2）ml／min ；对照组血肌酐由（460．8±84．7）μmol／L降至（326．4±71．3）μmol／L ，尿素氮由（21．8±7．2）mmol／L 降至（16．5±6．7）mmol／L ，肾小球滤过率由（19．7±8．7）ml／min升至（23．3±9．6）ml／min ；治疗组治疗后较治疗前左心室重量指数由（158．26±47．44）g／m2降至（142．57±41．36）g／m2，E／A 水平由（0．81±0．27）升至（0．98±0．33）。治疗后两组肾功能和左心室肥厚改善差异均存在统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论丹参酮联合前列地尔治疗能有效改善慢性肾衰竭患者的左心室肥厚病变。

THE EFFECT OF TANSHINONE AND ALPROSTADIL ON LEFT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHY IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC RENAL FAILURE

Objective To explore of the effect of tanshinone and alprostadil on the left ventricular hyper-trophy in patients with chronic renal failure .Methods From July 2013 to December 2013 ,64 chronic renal failure patients with left ventricular hypertrophy in the Nephrology Department of Linyi City People＇s Hos-pital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the contrast group ,with 32 patients in each group .Both groups received basic therapy ,but tanshinone and alprostadil were additionally applied to the former group .The serum creatinine ,blood urea nitrogen and the glomerular filtration rate were measured before and after the treatment ,and colour doppler echocardiography determined the left ventricle mass in-dex（LVMI） ,mitral E wave and mitral A wave relocities （E/A） .Results Obvious correction of renal func-tion was found in the treatment group with administration of tanshinone and alprostadil ,CREA and BUN decreased from 454 .3 ± 76 .9μmol/and 20 .7 ± 7 .8mmol/to 263 .7 ± 87 .8μmol/and 13 .6 ± 5 .4mmol/re-the treatment group .LVMI decreased from 158 .26 ± 47 .44 g/m2 to 142 .57 ± 41 .36 g/m2 ,and E/A rose from 0 .81 ± 0 .27 to 0 .98 ± 0 .33 .There were significant differences on renal function and left ventricular hypertrophy between the two groups （ P 〈0 .05） .Conclusion Tanshinone and alprostadil can be jointly employed to improve left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with chronic renal failure .
