摘    要:目的:优选复方脑清胶囊中挥发油的提取工艺。方法:以总挥发油得量为考察指标,通过单因素实验和正交实验,考察加水量、浸泡时间、提取时间等因素对总挥发油得量的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为:加8倍量水,浸泡1 h,提取6 h。结论:优化得到的挥发油提取工艺简单、稳定、可行。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of volatile oil from compound Naoqing capsules. Method:The effect of imbitition volume,soaking time and extraction time on extraction amount of total volatile oil from compound Nao-qing capsules were studied through orthogonal design and single factor experiment. Result:The optimum extraction condi-tions of volatile oil from compound Naoqing capsules were as follows:adding 8 times quantity of water,soaking for an hour,extracting with steam for 6 hours. Conclusion:This extraction technology is simple,steady and feasible.
