中药熏洗配合功能锻炼治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折术后功能障碍的临床体会

目的:观察中药熏洗配合早期功能锻炼对尺骨鹰嘴骨折术后肘关节功能障碍康复的临床疗效。方法:选取尺骨鹰嘴骨折患者40例,随机分为2组,每组20例。2组均行切开复位内固定治疗,术后均给予常规锻炼,中药熏洗组配合中药熏洗治疗。21 d后观察2组病人Mayo肘关节功能评分、VAS疼痛评分、肘关节活动度的差异。结果:与常规锻炼组比较,中药熏洗组肘关节疼痛、肘关节活动度以及肘关节功能明显改善。结论:中药熏洗配合功能锻炼能明显改善尺骨鹰嘴骨折术后肘关节功能障碍,加快肘关节功能恢复进程,提高患者满意度。

Clinical experience of herb fumigation with functional exercise on dysfunction after olecranon fractures surgery

Objective：To observe the rehabilitated effect of herb fumigation with functional exercise on dysfunction of el-bow joint after olecranon fracture surgery. Methods：40 patients with olecranon fracture,underwent open reduction and in-ternal fixation,were randomly divided into herb fumigation group and conventional exercise group. Patients in 2 groups were received functional exercise 2 times 1 day,15 min~20 min 1 time. Patients in herb fumigation group were received extra herb fumigation 2 times 1 day,45 min 1 time. 21 d later,Mayo elbow performance score,visual analog scale,elbow ac-tivity （flexion,extension）assessment of patients in 2 groups were analyzed. Results：Compared with conventional exercise group,pain degree of elbow joint was decreased,range of motion and function of elbow joint were improved significantly in herb fumigation group. Conclusion：Herb fumigation with functional exercise can significantly improve dysfunction of el-bow joint after olecranon fracture surgery,accelerate recovery of elbow joint function,improve satisfaction degree of patient.
