| 摘 要： | 肝细胞癌(HCC)是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。目前TACE是HCC的首选姑息性治疗方法。近年在蛋白质组、mRNA组中发现了一系列HCC代谢产物。本文对HCC常见及目前热点研究的肿瘤标志物对于TACE治疗的价值进行综述。

| Abstract: | Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors. Up till now, TACE is the first choice for palliative treatment of HCC. In recent years, a series of metabolites of HCC have been found in the proteome and mRNA groups. The value of common and hot research on tumor markers in HCC for the treatment of TACE were reviewed in this article. |
