| 摘 要： | 目的:研究眼挫伤前房积血的治疗以及临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析临床病例进行治疗效果的分析。结果:眼挫伤可导致前房积血、视网膜水肿、虹膜根部断离、外伤性青光眼、玻璃体积血等严重的并发症,大部分前房积血吸收时间1~5d,部分病例2~5d内发生再次出血,出血与性别差异无统计学意义P>0.05(χ2=0.01)。结论:眼挫伤引起前房出血是最常见的并发症,采用恰当的临床治疗可以避免并发症的发生,使患者视力得以恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of treatement of traumatic hyphema.Method A retrospective analysis was performed on 41 cases with traumatic hyphema.Results The eye's wound caused recurrent hyphema, vitreous hemorrhage,iridodialysis,and glaucoma,optic wound,macular blood in eye.The absorption time of hyphema was 1～5 days mainly,sometimes was 2～5 days,and there was no statistically significant difference between male and femal(χ2 =0.01,P>0.05).Conclusion Hyphema is the commonest complication of eye trauma and correct treatment can avoid this complication,receive vision recovery. |
