| 摘 要： | 动脉瘤样骨囊肿属骨的瘤样病变。本文将16年来收检的16例、结合文献复习,阐明其定义,好发部位和年龄;阐述其富有特征性的临床病理表现。作者赞同Lichtenstein的观点,认为此病是由某种原因造成的局部循环障碍,导致病变骨内静压明显升高,形成扩张充血的血管床病变而造成。研究探讨这些血循环障碍引起的不同结果,可能对病因学有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Aneurysmal bone cyst is a tumor like lesion of bones. This paper reports. 16 cases collected in a period of 16 years. The site of tne lesion, age of the patient, the clinical symptoms are analysed. The author approves of Lichtenstein's proposal that this disease may be develop- ed as a result of impairment of local blood circulation. This in turn led to dila- tation of osseous vein channels and hence, venous congestion. |
