胫骨远端骨折,临床上十分常见,治疗以手法复位外固定及牵引等传统方法,效果不理想,我科从2006年6月-2008年6月采用手术切开复位,解剖钢板螺钉内固定治疗39例,取得满意疗效,报告如下.
