傍刺针法为主治疗神经根型颈椎病

目的：观察以颈椎棘突旁及肩胛骨内上角处的压痛点、条索状硬结或小结节中点为主穴采用傍刺针法治疗神经根型颈椎病的治疗效果.方法：将此61例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分成治疗组31例和对照组30例,其中治疗组采用傍刺针法为主的方法.对照组采用颈椎牵引的方法,进行两组间的疗效观察.结果：两组在治疗2疗程后,治疗组痊愈23例,占74%,显效6例,占20%,无效1例,占3.5%,总有效率95%.对照组痊愈13例,占43%,显效5例,占16.6%,无效3例,占10%,总有效率70%,两组相比有明显的差异.结论：治疗组的治疗效果优于对照组.

Objective：The observation has a side interest in the shoulder blade take the cervical vertebra spinous process on the angle place tender area,the strip funicular induration or the tubercle center point uses as the alveolus approaches punctures the treatment result which the acupuncture treatment nerve root cervical vertebra gets sick. Methods： Divides into the treatment group 31 examples and the control group 30 examples stochastically this 61 example nerve root cervical vertebra sickness patient, in which treatment group uses approaches punctures the acupuncture primarily method. The control group uses the method which the cervical vertebra tows, carries on two group of the curative effect observations. Results： Two groups after treat 2 treatment courses,the treatment group convalesces 23 examples,accounts for 74% ,shows results 6 examples,accounts for 20%, the invalid 1 example,accounts for 3.5% ,total effectiveness 95%. The control group convalesces 13 examples,accounts for 43% ,shows results 5 examples,accounts for 16.6% ,the invalid 3 examples,account for 10% ,the total effectiveness 70%,two groups compare have the obvious difference. Cunclusion：The treatment group＇s treatment result surpasses the control group.
