婴幼儿母乳喂养现况调查

目的：了解3岁以下的婴幼儿母乳喂养情况,为提倡母乳喂养提供科学依据.方法：从2008年7月1日至2009年6月31日,在某县妇幼保健所儿童保健门诊,采用现况流行病学研究方法,通过分发调查表,了解一些基本信息,对结果采用单因素及多因素进行分析.结果：本次调查的有效例数519例,男童286例,女童233例,6个月内的纯母乳喂养率为35.87%,母乳喂养的持续时间平均为7.42±5.60个月 母乳喂养过程中遇到主要问题是奶水不足 影响6个月内纯母乳喂养的因素是母亲受教育程度,母亲教育程度越高,纯母乳喂养越低.结论：母乳喂养是一种经济方便婴幼儿喂养方式,应大力提倡母乳喂养.

Objective..Understood 3 year old of following babies and infants mother＇s milks feed the situation,for advocated the mother＇s milk feeds provides the scientific basis. Methods zFrom July 1,2008 to June 31,2009, in some county Maternal and Child Health Institute child care outpatient service,uses present situation epidemiology research technique, through the distribution examination table, understands some basic informations, to result uses the single factor and the multi--factors carries on the analysis. Results ： This investigation effective example several 519 examples,the boy 286 examples, the girl 233 examples,in 6 month pure mother＇s milks feed rate are 35.87%, the mother＇s milk feeds duration average for 7.42 ± 5.60 month：The mother＇s milk feeds in the process to meet the main question is the breast milk is insufficient;Affects the factor which 6 months the pure mother＇s milk feeds is the mother the education level,the mother education level is been higher,the pure mother＇s milk feeds lowly. Conclusion; The mother＇s milk feeds is one economy facilitates the babies and infants to feed the way,should promote with great effort the mother＇s milk to feed.
