单肩气囊外固定装置治疗锁骨骨折

目的：探讨单肩气囊外固定装置治疗锁骨骨折疗效.方法：锁骨骨折60例,男39例,女21例 年龄5～72岁,平均36.16岁 受伤时间1/2h～7d,平均0.9d.采用旋按手法复位后,单肩气囊外固定装置固定.结果：根据骨与关节损伤和疾病的诊断分类及功能评定标准,功能评定在90分以上者54例,80～90分者6例.无疼痛症状者58例,功能完全恢复者56例,活动度无受限者58例,X线片复查基本功能对位愈合者45例.结论：采用单肩气囊外固定装置固定锁骨骨折的方法,不仅牢固且不会出现组织压疮及坏死,安全有效,值得临床推广.
