| 摘 要： | 老年人自发性蛛网膜下腔出血的临床表现在许多方面与一般患者相似,但由于老年人解剖和生理功能的改变,加之本身具有的疾病,使其临床表现不够典型以致误诊和漏诊.减少老年人自发性蛛网膜下腔出血的误诊率,对提高这部分患者的存活率具有重要意义.
