综合疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床观察

目的：观察综合疗法治疗膝关节骨关节炎的疗效.方法：选取膝关节骨关节炎炎病人120例,采用随机方法分为A、B两组,A组运用包括中药内服外洗、玻璃酸钠和臭氧注射、经穴推拿和功能锻炼的综合疗法治疗,B组患者采用口服美洛昔康治疗.结果：A组在总体疗效和病情评分方面均较显著优于B组.结论：包括中药内服外洗、玻璃酸钠和臭氧注射、经穴推拿和功能锻炼的综合疗法治疗膝关节骨关节炎,中西医结合,标本兼治,近期和远期疗效均较佳,是值得推广的一种疗法.
