目的：评价MSCT三维重建在复杂骨折中的应用价值.方法：对202例复杂骨折进行扫描和三维重建.结果：所有病例的三维重建图像,能直观、立体、清晰、多角度地显示骨折情况及周围解剖关系.结论：螺旋CT三维重建能够更精确地显示复杂骨折情况,对复杂骨折的诊断和治疗方案的选择具有很好的应用价值.
