SLE患者外周血T细胞C—myc蛋白的表达及其与ANA的关系

应用流式细胞仪测定了１６ 例系统性红斑狼疮（ Ｓ Ｌ Ｅ） 患者及正常人外周血新鲜分离的 Ｔ 淋巴细胞 Ｃ－ｍｙｃ 蛋白的表达；并采用间接免疫荧光法检测患者血浆中的抗核抗体（ Ａ Ｎ Ａ） 的含量。结果显示， Ｓ Ｌ Ｅ 患者 Ｔ 细胞 Ｃ－ ｍｙｃ 蛋白水平较正常人明显增高（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ，且活动期明显高于非活动期（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ；活动期血浆 Ａ Ｎ Ａ 含量明显高于非活动期（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ，且外周血 Ｔ细胞 Ｃ—ｍｙｃ 蛋白水平与血浆 Ａ Ｎ Ａ 含量呈正相关（ｒ ＝ ０ ．７６６８ ， Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。结果提示，在 Ｓ Ｌ Ｅ 发病过程中存在 Ｃ－ ｍｙｃ 蛋白的异常表达， Ｃ－ ｍｙｃ 蛋白在 Ｓ Ｌ Ｅ 发病过程中起重要作用。

The Expression of C-myc Protein on Peripheral T Cells of SLE Patients

The expression of c-myc protein on the T cells in patients with SLE and on that in the healthy control was measured by flow cytometry analysis. Level of serum in SLE patients C-myc was significantly higher than that in the controls( P <0.01). The difference of the level of C-myc expression between active and inactive SLE was significant ( P <0.01). The results also show that the level of serum ANA in active SLE patients increased significantly ( P <0.01). By the analysis of the correlation between the level of C-myc expression on T cells and the level of ANA in serum, a positive correlation was demonstrated in SLE. This observation suggests that the expression of C-myc protein is abnormal in pathogenic progress of SLE. C-myc protein is important for the pathogenesis of SLE.
