人内耳半规管和壶腹嵴的组织发生

摘    要:目的:较全面地了解人内耳半规管和壶腹嵴的组织发生。方法:取人胚胎内耳,光镜和电镜下观察。结果:第6w胚胎半规管上皮为单层柱状,第7w上皮增至3~4层,第9w为单层立方上皮;第11w后,立方上皮逐渐变矮,第23w膜半规管为单层扁平上皮,第31w半规管的扁平细胞内可见线粒体、粗面内质网和吞饮小泡等结构。第6w胚胎壶腹嵴已出现,由两层细胞组成,第7w嵴上皮分裂分化为4~5层细胞,第8w表层柱状细胞出现纤毛,第13w毛细胞和支持细胞分化明显;第15w胶质膜呈帽状,它由许多平行排列的纵行小管组成;第18w毛细胞可分辨出Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型毛细胞。结论:补充了半规管组织发生的新资料。

Abstract:Objective:To have a full-scale understanding of the histogenesis of semicircular canal and crista ampullaris of human inner ear. Methods: A total of 68 inner ear of human emhryo were taken,light microscopic and electron microscopic specimen were made and observed. Results: Epithelium of semicircular canal of the 6th week old embryo was simple columnal epithelium. The epithelium increased and became 3-4 layer on the 7th week,and on the 9th week, it was simple cuboidal epithelium. The cuboidal epithelium gradually become short after 11 weeks. The membrane semicircular canal in the 23rd week was simple squamous epithelium. Inside the flet cell of the 31st week embryo semicircular canal, the structure of mitochondria,rough endoplasmic reticulum(RER) and pinocytotic vesicle could be seen. The 6th week embry-o s crista ampullaris appeared and consisted of 2 layer cell. The epithelium of crista ampullaris in 7th week was divided and differentiated into 4-5 layer of cells. In the 8th week the cilium appeared in the columnal cell on surface layer. The differentiation of the hair cell and sustentacular cell was distinct in the 13th week. The gelatinous membrane in the 15th week was shaped in cap form,and consist of many longitudinal tubele by parallel range. The mode 1 and mode 2 could be differentiated for the hair cell in the 18th week. Conclusion: The result make new addiditonal resource for the histogenesis of semicircular canal.
