| 摘 要： | 目的：为评价盐酸多西环素胶囊治疗寻常痤疮的疗效及不良反应。方法：对60例寻常痤疮随机分为二组治疗，A组（30例）用盐酸多西环素胶囊治疗，B组（30例）用二甲胺四环素胶囊治疗， 治疗时间为21天，结果：治疗前后，A组和B组的炎性皮损数减少明显（P＜0．05），盐酸多西环素胶囊组无明显不良反应，结论：盐酸多西环素胶囊治疗寻常痤疮有效，副作用少。

| Abstract: | Objective:The aim of study was to investigate the effects and side-effects of doxycycline hydrochloride capsules treatment on acne vulgaris; Methods:60 cases of acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups:Group A(30 cases)were treated with doxycycline hydrochloride capsules for three weeks;Group B were treated with minocycline capsules for three weeks; Results:Before and after therapy,diminution of inflammatory skin lesion are shown to be statistically significant(P<0 05)in tow groups After three weeks treatment,30 cases of acne were treated with doxycycline hydrochloride capsules,the cure rate was 20%,total effective rate was 76 7%,the group B(30 cases),the cure rate was 23 3%,total effective rate was 83 3%,the effects of tow groups were not shown to be statistically significant(P>0 05);the doxycycline hydrochloride capsules treatment group had no obvious side-effects Conclusion:The doxycycline hydrochloride capsules treatment on acne vulgaris is satisfaction,lack side-effect |
