卡泊三醇与氯氟舒松联合外用治疗寻常型银屑病

目的 观察卡泊三醇与氯氟舒松联合分用组，氯氟舒松组及卡泊三醇单用组外用治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效与安全性。方法 患者随机分入三个治疗组，对治疗1，4周后银屑病区严重度指数(PASI)之平均百分变化率进行比较。结果 通过比较显示卡泊三醇与氯氟舒松联合分用组治疗1，4周后的PASI平均百分变化率(PASI改善率)显著高于氯氟舒松组及卡泊三醇单用组，且副反应少于单纯卡泊三醇组。结论 卡泊三醇与氯氟舒松联合外用治疗寻常型银屑病优于卡泊三醇或氯氟舒松单用疗法。

Combination of Calcipotriol and Halcinonide in the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective The present study was conducted in order to compare the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination group of halcinonide and calcipotriol with halcinonide ointment group,calcipotriol ointment group in the treat-ment of psoriasis vulgaris for up to4weeks.Methods Patients were randomized to one of three treatment groups.Mean percentage change in PASI were assessed after1week or4weeks.Results The mean percentage change in the PASI reduction was significantly higher in the combination group(41.5%;62.3%)than in both the twice daily halcinonide group(35.4%;54.7%)and calcipotriol group(30.7%;49.6%)after1week or4weeks.Safety data showed the frequency of adverse events to be less in the combination groups than the calcipotriol group.Conclusion The combination therapy of calcipotriol and halcinonide was superior to monotherapy with halcinonide or calcipotriol in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris
