微创点状剥脱术在人隐静脉曲张疾病治疗中的应用

目的探讨微创点状剥脱术在大隐静脉曲张疾病治疗中的应用及临床效果并和传统术式做对比。方法大隐静脉曲张病人随机抽取各60例分为两组，分别采用微创点状剥脱术和大隐静脉高位结扎加分段切除术治疗，比较两组病人的手术时间、出血量、住院时间和并发症等。结果两种手术方式术后均能显著改善病人的症状，点状剥脱组病人术中失血量、手术时间明显少于传统组。结论微创点状剥脱术治疗大隐静脉曲张，创伤小、瘢痕小、恢复快、愈合美观、操作简单，不需要特殊设备和器械，值得开展和推广。

Minimally Invasive Point-like Lift-off Varicose Saphenous Beins Treatment

Objective To investigate the point minimally invasive punetate great saphenous varicose vein stripping the treatment of the application and clinical effects and compare the traditional surgical method. Methods Of treatment of varicose veins of all 60 eases of patients randomLy divided into two groups,namely the use of minimally invasive surgery and saphenous vein high ligation and resection of sub-groups were compared the patient＇s operation time,blood loss ,hospital stay and complications were measured. Results The results of two surgical patients can significantly improve the patient＇s symptoms,point-like stripping surgery patients intraoperative blood loss,operative time was significantly superior to the traditional group. Conclusion Minimally invasive punctate great saphenous varicose vein stripping surgery,trauma,scarfing,quick recovery,healing beautiful and easy to operate. Does not require special equipment and instnlments, it is worth carrying out and promotion.
