社区门诊糖尿病患者胰岛素注射的微信管理效果分析

目的探究对使用胰岛素注射的社区门诊糖尿病患者实施微信管理的效果。方法随机将2016年1月-2017年10月80例社区门诊糖尿病患者(均使用胰岛素注射治疗)分为观察组(40例,应用微信管理干预)、对照组(40例,应用常规管理干预)。对比两组患者血糖达标情况、血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平、自我管理能力评分及低血糖发生率。结果观察组患者干预后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组,P <0.05;观察组患者血糖达标率(87.50%)高于对照组(62.50%),且低血糖发生率(2.50%)低于对照组(17.50%),P <0.05;观察组患者干预后自我管理能力评分(129.24±5.61)分]高于对照组(89.36±2.48)分],P <0.05。结论对使用胰岛素注射的社区门诊糖尿病患者实施微信管理干预具有较佳的效果,可有效降低患者血糖,提高自我管理能力,且有助于降低低血糖发生率。

Analysis of WeChat Management Effect of Insulin Injection in Community Outpatients With Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To explore the effect of WeChat management on community outpatients with diabetes who use insulin injection. Methods From January 2016 to October 2017, 80 cases of community outpatients with diabetes(all treated with insulin injection) were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases, with WeChat management intervention) and control group(40 cases, with routine management intervention).Blood glucose standard, blood glucose level, glycosylated hemoglobin level, selfmanagement ability score and incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of fasting blood glucose, 2-h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The blood glucose compliance rate(87.50%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(62.50%), and the incidence of hypoglycemia(2.50%) was lower than that in the control group(17.50%), P < 0.05.The self-management ability score of the observation group (129.24±5.61)] was higher than that of the control group (89.36±2.48)], P < 0.05. Conclusion WeChat management intervention can effectively reduce blood glucose, improve self-management ability and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
