基于DRG的北京某医院住院服务绩效分析

目的分析北京市通州区某大型医院按疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)的住院服务绩效与试点医院的对比分析情况,并评价某医院住院服务绩效。方法调取试点医院和对照医院的2013-2018年相关报表数据,以CN-DRG为分组方式,应用病例组合指数(CMI)、DRG组数、费用消耗指数、时间消耗指数、低风险组死亡率对该医院从医疗服务能力、医疗服务效率、医疗安全等方面进行分析,初步评价DRG管理的成效。结果试点医院DRG组数年均增长率为3.10%,CMI年均增长率为0.57%,时间消耗指数和费用消耗指数均小于1,低风险组死亡率年均下降了28.89%。结论管理试点阶段经验说明DRG支付方式用作医院管理取得初步成效。

Performance Analysis of Hospitalization Service in the Hospital in Beijing City Based on DRG

Objective To analyze the performance of inpatient service of a large hospital in Tongzhou District of Beijing,to compare that with a pilot hospital,and to evaluate the performance of inpatient service of a hospital.Methods Analyzing patients discharged from the hospital using case-mix index(CMI),DRG number,time-consuming index,cost-consuming index,mortality rate of low-risk group,according to CN-DRG from 2013 to 2018.Results At the pilot hospitals,the DRG number increased by 3.10%and case-mix index(CMI)increased by 0.57%by yearly average,the expense cost index and the time cost index were both less than one,and the mortality rate of lowrisk group dropped by 28.89%by yearly average.Conclusion There was initial success of the DRG management.
