| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妊娠期妇女凝血指标变化的临床意义。方法:用法国STAGO compact全自动凝血分析仪对39例正常对照、76例中孕组(孕20～28周)及54例晚孕组(孕37～40周)妇女的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、凝血酶时间(TT)进行检测。结果:中孕组、晚孕组与正常对照组相比,APTT及TT缩短,Fbg水平升高,差别均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),PT无统计学差异(P<0.05);晚孕期与中孕期相比,PT和APTT有所延长,存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期妇女凝血功能有增强的趋势,机体呈现高凝状态,可能有利于产后快速有效止血。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the level and clinical significance of coagulation indexes in pregnancy. Methods: Prothrombin time(PT) , activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), fibrinogen(Fbg) and thrombin time (IT) were determined in both normal group, pregnancies at middle stage and late stage, and analyze the correlation between them. Results: APTT and TT were shorten while Fbg increases obviously(P < 0.01), there was no significant difference between pregnancy and normal group in PT(P>0.05) . PT and APTT of the late pregnancies were a little longer than the middle stage(P<0.05) . Conclusion: There is a hypercoagulability state in pregnancy. |
