乳腺疾病筛查中的超声应用

摘    要:目的:探讨超声在筛查乳腺疾病中的临床应用及诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2009年4月至2012年11月在我所进行乳腺疾病筛查的153名妇女的临床资料。结果:153位筛查者中,乳腺癌者3例,乳腺病变良性者15(1例。良性病变中,87例为乳腺小叶增生者,30例为乳腺囊肿,23例为乳腺增生结节,1(1例为乳腺纤维瘤。其中,有2例乳腺癌患者误诊为乳腺增生结节,术后经过病理学检查确诊为乳腺癌,超声诊断的正确率为98.7%。结论:根据乳腺疾病的各种超声特点结合,临床症状进行综合分析,超声对乳腺疾病具有诊断价值,可以避免不必要的手术,超声对于乳腺疾病有筛查作用。

Analysis of screening results of breast disease by high-frequency ultrasound
Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical application and diagnostic valueof the high-frequency ultrasound in screening for breast disease. Methods: 153patients (age ranged from 22 to 65 years old) were screened for breast diseasebyultrasound, usingthe PHILIPS-HD7 color Doppler machine, diagnostic probe frequency at 3-12MHZ. Results: 153 screened persons, 3 cases of breast cancer, 150 cases of benign breast lesions. Benign lesions, 87 cases of breast lobular hyperplasia were 30 cases of breast cysts, 23 cases of nodular hyperplasia, 10 cases of breast fibroma. Of these, two cases of breast cancer patients misdiagnosed as nodular hyperplasia, postoperative pathological examination diagnosed with breast cancer after ultrasound diagnostic accuracy was 98.7%. Conclusion: Combine the clinical symptoms and the ultrasound features of breast disease, ultrasound has diagnostic value for breast disease which can help patients to avoid unnecessary surgery. Ultrasound can be used to screen for breast disease.
