| Abstract: | Good relationship between teachers and students is the most basic interpersonal relationship in the teach- ing process, the building of harmonious win-win model between teachers and students for the teaehers and students are very important. By applying innovation strategy in education idea, teaching content and teaching evaluation methods and skills of teaching method, experimental teachers can construct the harmonious win-win model between teachers and students in order to improve the quality of education teaching and talent training foundation. |
