| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急诊室心肺复苏失败的因素。方法 对2000年1月－2002年1月在我院急救中心进行心肺复苏（CPR）失败死亡的病例进行回顾性分析。结果 2年中共有140人进行心肺复苏，其中108例死亡（108／140，83.0%)。主要的死亡病因依此为心血管疾病（30.1%)、创伤（20.6%)、神经系统疾病（17.2%)、呼吸系统疾病（10.3%)。心跳呼吸骤停到CPR间期越长，复苏成功率越低。心跳骤停时心电图显示电机械分离，直线，复苏成功率低。结论 加强急救队伍建设，缩短心跳呼吸骤停至CPR的间期，对室颤患尽早行电击除颤，积极纠正心跳呼吸骤停的诱发因素，可提高复苏成功率。
