肛肠疾病患者健康教育需求调查及对策

目的：了解肛肠疾病患对健康教育及方式的需求，以便采取有效的干预对策。方法：采用问卷方式对2002年1月至6月住院治疗愿意合作的265例患进行健康教育内容、方式需求的调查。结果：患对健康教育内容的需求有希望了解病情及治疗方案占92、07％，要求了解病因及诱因占87．92％，要求了解预防肛肠疾病知识占81．3％，对医．疗费用的关注率为100％。健康教育方式主要是当面讲授及电话咨询。结论：(1)重视健康教育内容和形式的研究，最大限度并有针对性地向患提供健康教育信息；(2)重视患的知情权、决定权，着眼其社会、心理需求，提高其满意度；(3)提高护理人员健康教育的水平，形成良好的护患关系。

Investigation for health education on patients of anorectal disease

Objective:To understand need of health education upon anorectal patients.Method:265 cases received inquiry for need of health education.Result:Need for health education mainly focus on anal rectal disease knowledge(92.07%),need to know iteology and inducing factors(81.3%),medical expension(100%).In~terviewing and telephone call are dorminant method.Conclusion:We should pay more attention on health education,respect patients determinating right,improve nursing level.
