| 摘 要： | 目的探讨64排螺旋CT对宫颈癌转移淋巴结的价值。方法回顾性分析80例宫颈癌的CT检查结果,并与病理结果进行对照分析。结果64排螺旋CT检出淋巴结转移者19例,病理检出淋巴结转移者20例,两者重合15例。64排螺旋CT对宫颈癌转移淋巴结诊断的敏感度为75.0%,特异度为93.3%,准确率为88.8%;阳性预测值为78.9%,阴性预测值为91.8%。结论64排螺旋CT对宫颈癌转移淋巴结的诊断准确率较高,全面分析淋巴结大小以及内部密度等因素、有助于对盆腔淋巴结转移的评价,从而为临床治疗方案的选择提供依据。
