实时超声弹性成像半定量分析大鼠肝纤维化

摘    要:目的探讨超声弹性成像评估大鼠肝纤维化的应用价值。方法以52只Wistar大鼠建立肝纤维化模型,对动物模型进行超声弹性成像,通过弹性图像评分来评估肝纤维化程度,并与病理结果对照。结果 52只大鼠模型中,Scheuer病理分期S1期16只,S2期14只,S3期12只,S4期10只。实时超声弹性成像判断S1、S2、S3及S4期肝纤维化的敏感度分别为87.50%(14/16)、78.57%(11/14)、83.33%(10/12)和90.00%(9/10),特异度分别为83.33%(5/6)、71.43%(10/14)、77.78%(7/9)和85.71%(6/7)。结论实时超声弹性成像评分方法可作为半定量分析大鼠肝纤维化的有效手段。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of real-time ultrasonic elastography in evaluating liver fibrosis of rat models. Methods Liver fibrosis models of different degrees were established in a total of 52 rats. Real-time ultrasonic elastography was performed. The degrees of liver fibrosis were assessed according to the scores of elasticity images, and the results were compared with those of pathology. Results Among 52 liver fibrosis models, there were 16 of S1 stage, 14 of S2 stage, 12 of S3 stage and 10 of S4 stage defined by Scheuer pathological classification. The sensitivity of liver fibrotic staging with real-time ultrasonic elastography was 87.50% (14/16), 78.57% (11/14), 83.33% (10/12) and 90.00% (9/10), the specificity was 83.33% (5/6), 71.43% (10/14), 77.78% (7/9) and 85.71% (6/7) for S1, S2, S3 and S4 stage, respectively. Conclusion The scores of ultrasonic elastography can be used to semi-quantitatively diagnose liver fibrosis in rat models.
