| Abstract: | The paper introduces the target and function of structured electronic medical records (EMR), including medical quality control, research follow-up and so on, elaborates the realization approaches of structured electronic medical records based on diseases and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, so as to provide structured data for clinical application. |
