| Abstract: | Two cases of CT-documented extraocular muscle atrophy are presented. Unilateral atrophy was observed in a patient with a lesion of the cavernous sinus. Atrophic extraocular muscles were noted bilaterally in a young woman with "ophthalmoplegia plus" (probable Kearns-Sayre syndrome). |
