两所医院住院患者护理观察量表因子比较研究

目的通过两所医院住院精神分裂症患者的护理观察量表（NOSIE）部分因子分的比较，发现两所医院精神分裂症患者的症状特点，尤其是行为方面的特点，更好地因地制宜给予治疗，提高临床疗效。方法从两所医院2006年住院的封闭男病房抽取各45例精神分裂症患者病历，比较二者不同住院阶段的部分NOSIE因子分。结果两所医院精神分裂症患者的社会兴趣、个人整洁、激惹分在不同住院阶段均存在显著性差异（P≤0．001）。结论河北省第六人民医院的患者易激惹、易冲动，社会兴趣下降。生活懒散、少动问题更突出，更需要行为干预，加强综合康复治疗。

A Comparative Study of Factors of Nurses Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaiuation(NOSIE)of the Patients between Two Hospitals

Objective To explore the symptom characteristics,especially the behavioral characteristics of the patients with schizophrenia in two hospitals by the comparison of factors of NOSIE,and provide the suggestions for the better treatment in local conditions and improving clinical efficacy.Methods To choose 45 male patients with schizophrenia which were hospitalized into two closed wards of two hospitals in 2006,and compare the NOSIE factor scores of the two groups at the various stages of hospitalization.Results There were significant differences(P<0.05)at the social interest,personal health,irritability scores of the patients between the two hospitals in different stages of hospitalization.Conclusion The patients of the No.6 People's Hospital of Hebei Province are lazier,more irritable and impulsive,have less activity and less social interests.And more behavioral intervention and intensive comprehensive rehabilitation therapy are needed.
