组胺在消化道肿瘤中的免疫学研究

近年来,随着消化道肿瘤内分泌治疗相关理念的提出,组胺拮抗剂与大肠癌的关系逐渐引起了学者们的重视。本文叙述组胺在消化道肿瘤发生的免疫反应中参与了机体的免疫应答,也通过机体的免疫反应来调控组胺的合成、释放及其受体表达。要想深入研究组胺在消化道肿瘤的免疫反应中的具体作用,就必须对某一类型组胺受体的优势表达以及组胺合成的调节进行正确的掌握。本文就消化道肿瘤领域有关组胺及其受体的部分予以综述。

Histamine in the Digestive Tract Tumor Immunology Research

In recent years, with gastrointestinal cancer of the endocrine treatment-related ideas put forward, the relationship between the histamine antagonist and colorectal cancer gradually attracted the attention. This paper describes histamine in the digestive tract cancer immune response in the body involved in the immune response, the immune response by the body to control the synthesis of histamine, the release of its receptor expression. To in-depth study of histamine in the digestive tract cancer immune response in specific roles ,it is necessary for a certain type of histamine receptor expression and the advantage of the regulation of histamine correct grasp. So this paper reviews the field of gastrointestinal cancer and its receptor on the part of histamine.
