孕激素受体与子宫内膜癌临床病理学特征及预后关系的研究

摘    要:目的:研究子宫内膜癌组织中类固醇激素受体的表达及其与临床病理学特征及预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法测定62例子宫内膜癌组织中雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)的表达,并评价其与患者年龄、临床手术分期、组织学分级和生存率的关系。结果:62例中,34例(54.84%)PR阳性,30例(48.39%)ER性。PR的阳性表达与临床手术分期(P<0.01),组织学分级(P<0.05)、肌层浸润深度(P<0.01)及生存率(P<0.05)相关;ER的阳性表达只与肌层的浸润深度明显相关(P<0.05)。结论:PR的阳性表达可能是独立于其他临床学参数的重要预后指标。

Abstract:Objective To examine the expression of steroid hormone receptors and to evaluate its prognostic significance in endometrial carcinoma.Methods Progesteron receptor and estrogen receptor were examined by immunohistology technique(S-P method).The correlation between PR/ER and age,clinical stage,tumor grade,myometrial tumor invasion,disease-free survival was envaluated in 62 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma.Results Thirty Four(54.84%) endometrial carcinomas were PR-positive and 30(48.39%) were ER-positive.PR-positive was statistically correlated to clinical stage(P<0.05),tumor grade(P<0.05),the depth of myometrial tumor invasion(P<0.01) and disease-free survival(P<0.05).In contrast,ER-positive was significant correlated to the depth of myometrial tumor invasion only(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of PR-positive is probably an important prognostic predictor independent of other clinicopathological parameters.
