摘    要:高职教育的主要目标是培养高技能应用型人才。生理学是医药高职教育的一门专业基础课,其实验是教学中的一个重要环节。但目前多采用传统的验证性实验内容,忽视实验过程和职业能力的培养。本文针对目前生理学实验教学现状,引出“行动导向教学”,阐述其核心是把学习的过程与工作的过程相统一,培养学生的综合职业能力。由此提出基于行动导向模式的生理学实验教学体系,实现了学生综合职业能力的提升。

Abstract:The main objective of higher vocational education is to train high-skilled and applied talents. Physiology is a fundamental module in medicine in higher vocational education, and its experiment is an important link in the teaching. Currently, however, traditional verification experiments are applied widely, yet the process of experiments and the training of vocational ability are ignored. Regarding the status quo of the teaching of physiological experiments, the concept of "action-oriented teaching" is proposed, indicating that its core is to integrate learning process and working process, and to train students' comprehensive vocational ability. Thus, the action-oriented teaching system of physiological experiments is proposed, which enhances students' comprehensive vocational ability.
