彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺疾病方面的诊断意义

目的分析彩色多普勒超声诊断应用于甲状腺疾病中的准确性及价值。方法采用回顾性分析的方法，对40例经超声诊断为甲状腺肿瘤患者的超声报告及病理检查资料进行分析，从而探讨彩色超声诊断应用于甲状腺疾病诊断中的准确性及价值。结果40例患者经超声检查诊断为甲状腺腺瘤者29例，甲状腺癌者6例，甲状腺淋巴瘤者5例；准确率分别为97．3％、85．66％、100％，误诊率分别为2．70％、14．34％、0。结论甲状腺疾病中应用彩色超声诊断安全、准确性高，应用价值较高，可作为鉴别甲状腺肿瘤的首选辅助检查手段。

Diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in thyroid disease

Objective To analyze the accuracy and diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in thyroid disease. Methods Ultrasound reports and pathologic data of 40 patients diagnosed with thyroid cancer by ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively to explore the accuracy and diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in thyroid disease. Results The results of color Doppler ultrasound showed29 cases of thyroid adenoma, 6 cases of thyroid cancer and 5 cases of thyroid lymphoma. The accuracy rate was 97.3%, 85.66% and 100% respectively,while the misdiagnose rate was 2.70%, 14.34% and 0 respectively. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can be applied as the first examination method in the diaznosis of thyroid cancer with its high safety and accuracy rate.
