加快建设健全农村社会医疗保障机制的研究

我国是一个农业大国,有近9亿人口生活在农村,建立健全农村社会医疗保障机制,既是发展社会主义市场经济的需要,也是全面建设小康社会的重要内容,还是建立和谐社会不可缺少的"安全网"和"稳定器".而我国现存的农村医疗保障机制还很不健全,不利于农民健康素质的提高、城乡的和谐发展以及国家的繁荣稳定,我们应采取多种措施,加快建立和健全我国的农村社会医疗保障机制.
