| Abstract: | Various complications from percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy have been reported. We describe a case of pneumoperitoneum after percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy placement because of gastric wall weakening from malignant stomal seeding and, possibly, from chemoradiation. |
