| 摘 要： | [目的]观察补阳还五汤加味治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。[方法]观察治疗组补阳还五汤组(60例),对照组消心痛组(42例)治疗前后心绞痛发作情况及心电图的变化。[结果]治疗组在减少心绞痛发作,改善心电图方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补阳还五汤加味治疗冠心病心绞痛效果明显,无明显副作用。

| Abstract: | [ Objective ] Clinical observation of Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina. [ Methods ] Patients with coronary heart disease and angina were divided into two groups: Buyanghuanwu decoction treatment group (60 cases) and isosorbide dinitrate (ISDN) control group (42 cases ) . Pain onset in angina pectoris and ECG changes were observed before and after treatment. [Results] Buyang Huanwu decoction treatment group was better than isosorbide dinitrate ( ISDN) control group in reducing numbers of angina attacks and improving (ischemic) ECG. [ Conclusion ] Buyang Huanwu decoction had obvious treatment effects on coronary heart disease and angina. And with little side effects. |
