超声诊断非金属微小异物嵌入伤的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨非金属微小异物嵌入伤的声像图特征及其临床价值。方法对82例经超声诊断的非金属微异物嵌入伤患者的声像图表现与清创手术结果相对照。结果不同性质的微小异物其声像图虽有其特征性表现,但定性诊断尚需结合临床。超声定位准确率为98.78%(81/82)。结论超声是诊断非金属微小异物嵌入伤首选的检查工具,有推广的价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore ultrasonotomographic characteristics in embedded injury of small non-metal objects and its clinical significance.Methods Ultrasonotomographic features in 82 cases were compared with the results of operation.Results Different small objects had their own ultrasound features but qualitative diagnosis still needed to be combined with clinical.Ultrasonic localization diagnostic rate was 98.78%(81/82).Conclusions Ultrasonography has the first priority in the diagnosis of embedded injury of small non-metal objects and has clinical value for wide use.
