| 摘 要： | 针对现有医院信息系统模型框架缺乏灵活性的问题。在分析医学规则特点的基础上，提出了基于医学规则的医学模型开发框架，对开发框架中的实体模型和医学规则进行了分析，并对开发框架中的核心问题医学规则提取和医学规则冲突解决提出了相应的解决方案。

| Abstract: | Facing the lack of flexibility rooted in the information system of hospital model framework of operation simulation systems, supported by analysis into characteristics of operation guidelines, the information system of hospital model framework based on operation guidelines engine is put forward. The entity model and medical regulation operation guideline engine is elaborated, also solutions to extraction and confliction settlement of operation guideline are presented. |
