| Abstract: | Methods for the extraction and purification of poly-unsaturated fatty acid(PUFA)from visceral oil of three fresh-water fish(bream,grass carp and silver carp)were studied. It was suggested that the medicinal quality standard of PUFA could be laid down by referring to the quality standard of Acidummorrhuicum. |
