聚合酶链反应检测梅毒螺旋体

摘    要:利用PCR法对临床梅毒病人皮疹渗出液、全血、血清样本中的梅毒螺旋体进行检测。结果表明:皮疹渗出液检出率最高(30/30),全血样本检出率较低(8/20)。血清样本26例仅检出1例。在12例早期梅毒病人中。PCR检测全部阳性。结果提出PCR法特异性强。敏感性高,有利于早期诊断。及时治疗。

Abstract:We have developed a assay for T. Palidum, the agent of syphilis, based upon the polymease chain reaction (PCR). Specimens from lesion exudate, whole blood and serum was detected. It was determined that lesion exudate and whole blood in neparin or EDTA but not serum are useful spcimens for examination by PCR can selection amplify the copy number of a target gene were than 10 fold, therefore has great potential for improving the ability to early and spesific diagnose syphilis.
