GC-MS法分析苍术饮片挥发油的化学成分

摘    要:目的分析苍术挥发油的化学成分。方法水蒸气蒸馏法提取苍术挥发油后,用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分析,并用峰面积归一化法测定油中化学成分的相对含量。结果从苍术挥发油中共鉴定出40种化合物,主要成分依次为莪术呋喃烯(52.093%),3,9-愈创木二烯(6.506%),芹子烯(4.92%),Elixene(4.467%),二氢卡拉酮(3.667%)等。结论苍术饮片挥发油的主要化学成分与文献相比有显著差异。

Abstract:Objective To analyze chemical constituents of essential oil from Rhizoma Atractylodis.Methods Essential oil was extracted from Rhizoma Atractylodis by steam distillation and the components were identified by GC-MS,their relative content of compositions for calculating with peak area normalization method.Results 40 compositions were identified from essential oil.The main compounds of essential oil in Rhizoma Atractylodis were Curzerene(52.093%),Guaia-3,9-diene(6.506%),Selinene(4.92%),Elixene(4.467%),Dihydrok...
