摘    要:用电镜将不同的肾脏保护方法对肾缺血再灌注损伤的影响进行观察比较,发现在短时间缺血中、各种降低肾脏温度的方法均能减轻再灌注损伤,其中单纯低温法优于低温灌洗法,而以单纯低温加别嘌呤醇法效果最佳。认为在需短时间阻断肾血流的手术,以采用单纯表面低温加氧自由基清除剂的方法为宜。

Abstract:Free radicals have been implicated in the pathogenesis of tissue injury consequent to ischemia-reperfusion in several different organs, including kidney. Through morphological observations, we also found that canine kidneys had obvious reperfusion injury after short time isehemia. Blood supply of the canine kidneys was clamped for 60 minutes, during which the different ways of preservation were used, then the clamps were released to start blood reperfusion. Tissues were examined with a transmission electron microscope. The studies showed allopurinol, which inhibits free radical generation, protected renal tissue after ischemia. Since the simple surface hypothermic preservation with administration of alloputinol got the best protective result in kidney ischemia reperfusion injury, the finding suggests that this method can be used clinically in operations of short time renal ischemia and thus may be useful for renal allograft preservation.
