| 摘 要： | 目的提高医务人员对病案信息重要性的认识。方法通过对相关资料及案例的研究,结合病案管理工作中体会,从不同角度对病案信息的重要性进行了分析。结果医务人员对病案信息的重要性认识不足,给医疗质量和安全带来隐患。结论医务人员有必要提高对病案信息的重要性的再认识。
