肾上腺囊性疾病的诊断与治疗

目的 :探讨肾上腺囊性疾病的诊断与治疗方法。方法 :总结肾上腺囊性疾病 1 4例 ,经B超、CT、MRI检查 ,单纯性囊肿 9例 ,假性囊肿 5例。手术治疗 1 1例 ,其中肾上腺切除 1 0例 ,囊肿大部分切除 1例 ;随访观察、未予治疗 3例。结果 :B超、CT、MRI术前诊断率分别为 5 7.1 %、75 .0 %、87.5 %。 1 1例患者手术效果满意 ,术后恢复正常。结论 :肾上腺囊肿诊断主要依靠B超、CT、MRI方法。对Φ <3cm的单纯性囊肿采用保守治疗 ,严密随诊 ,对假性囊肿包括出血及肿瘤源性、寄生虫性、Φ >3cm的单纯性囊肿宜手术治疗。

Diagnosis and treatment of adrenal cystic disease (Report of 14 cases)

Objective:To explore the method of diagnosing and treating cystic disease of adrenal gland and indication of operation.Methods:The records of 14 cases hospitalized were summarized.Among them simple cyst were 9 cases,pseudo cyst 5 cases.3 cases were with conservation treatment, 11 cases were treated with operations,10 cases with epinephrectomy, part cyst resection in 1 case.Results:Preoperative diagnosis was confirmed by Ultrasound, CT scan, MRI. 14 cases who were paid a return visit are all still living and in good health, clinical symptoms of 11 cases were disappeared after operation.Conclusion:The diagnosis could be established by B ultrasonography, CT scan and MRI. Those who have simple cyst with diameters less than 3 cm should be treated conservatively, and that of pseudo cysts including hemorrhage and tumor, parasitic cyst and simple cyst with diameters longer than 3 cm should be treated surgically.
