天花粉治疗输卵管异位妊娠的效果与分析

目的:探讨输卵管异位妊娠采用天花粉针保守治疗的临床疗效及适应症。方法:为一次性肌注2mg并辅以地塞米松,然后观察其症状体征、血HCG、B超结果的变化情况。结果:通过对28例病例的治疗效果统计分析,对于血HCG低于1500mIU/ml、B超检查提示附件包块<2cm、停经时间<45d者,效果达100%;其余为89%。结论:天花粉治疗输卵管异位妊娠有较好的疗效。

Effects and analysis of curing tubal pregnancyby trichosanthin injection

The paper introduces clinical effec ts and suitable symptom of curing tubal pregnancy by trichosanthin injection.The method is to inject 2m g into muscle once for all,simultaneously using Dexamethasone as subsid iary curing.T he variations of the body sy mptomof patient,blood HCGindex and B-supersonic wave are observed afte r the injection.Through statistical inf erence for the t reating effects of 28patients,it is known that the cure ra te of 100per ce nt can be obtained when the blood HCGindex of patient is lower than 1500m IU/ml,appendix bulk less than 2cman d stopping menstruate time less than 45d .The cure rate is 89%for the others.It is considered that curing tubal preg-nancy by trichosanthin injection has better effect.
